Registration

You must select the competition you wish to join, then you should go to the basket and finish the registration process. You will get an email with the invoice and the link to upload your submission.

You will be allowed to join as an individual or as a team with a maximum of 4, at this stage only the team member should fill his details and only he will get communications from us.

You won’t be allowed to register more than once for the same competition, unless you use different emails for the registration.

Submission

You should submit a single A2 digital horizontal presentation board, jpg extension, with the maximum of 5mb, using the link given with the registration. The description of your proposal should be written into the allocated box as well as the team members.

You will get an email confirming your successful submission.

Although is not mandatory, you can record or photograph your work environment during the proposal development stage. In case you will be one of the winners, we would be happy to share it in our platform.

Jury

The jury will be given access to all entries, without sharing any personal details, that could interfere with decision. Their decision is binding.

The jury allocated to each competition will be disclosed with the start of the competition. When that is not possible we will reveal them at soon as possible.

In special circumstances we can replace a juror prior to the submission date.

Fees

For every competition there’s an allocated fee. That fee amount will change according to the purchase registration time (early registration, regular registration and late registration).

We are using, at the moment paypal, but If by any chance that payment gateway is not available in your country, or if you prefer to pay with a different option, please contact us to arrange that for you.
